I would like to thank everyone who has helped me get off to such a positive start with Jim Lavery Law Limited. The business has been up and runnning for just 6 weeks and in that time I have advised on three transactions that have completed including advising management on their investment in a healthcare business that, sadly, must remain confidential for now, advising four inidividuals on their investment in a hotel acquisition and on a minor re-organisation for Carnell Support Services Limited.
I am still getting used to working as an independent and although I miss the administrative support of a big practice like DLA Piper there are plenty of good changes too. The most exciting for me is re-engaging with so many people and businesses in a different capacity. Business has been great and I will always be delighted to hear from anyone who thinks they might need good, experienced corporate legal advice.
